Personal Check: 10 days upon receipt to clear bank.
California Residents please add 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping: We normally ship your order within 48 hours for all in-stock merchandise. If you prefer one service over another, please indicate this when ordering.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: All orders shipped air parcel post unless otherwise arranged at the time of ordering.
Air and Express Shipments: A $10 surcharge is added to orders shipped UPS Second Day Air shipments within the continental United States except Alaska. $12 is added to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Canadian & International Customers: Please use your credit card when ordering or send a check in U.S. funds from an American or Canadian bank (e-mail us first to receive your shipping costs). With your e-mail order confirmation we will give you two options for shipping your order: air and ground (surface) and the cost for each. As soon as we hear back from you on how you would like your order shipped, we will bill your credit card and ship your order. All orders are shipped insured unless otherwise noted and all customs and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO OVERSEAS MILITARY ADDRESSES: Please indicate the address you would ordinarily use for receiving parcels. Choose United States as your country and choose the appropriate state code from the drop down box on the registration form. At checkout choose the appropriate US shipping method for your order.
PRODUCT RETURNS: Our company prides itself on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns beyond this time due to constraints of dye-lots and seasonal products. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already been shipped. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns for books, patterns or needles.
